• All diamonds sold are lab-grown diamonds and not mined diamonds. We ensure transparency by describing them as "laboratory-grown" or "laboratory-created" as per industry standards.

• Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations may occur.

• Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, PayPal, and other payment gateways as displayed on our website.

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) or USD for international customers. Any applicable taxes or duties will be added during checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Domestic Shipping:

• Orders within India will be shipped via reliable courier services.

• Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days.

International Shipping:

• International orders may take 7–15 business days depending on the destination and shipping plan.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions applicable in their country.

General Shipping Terms:

• All shipments are insured up to their declared value during transit.

• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs clearance.

• Shipping Charges or any other charges except for the product price will not be refunded if a return or refund is done.

• Products applied for warranty or resizing should be shipped by the customers themselves and they will have to bear the costs for shipping the product and getting it shipped back.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team.

• After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the product has already been processed for shipping.

6. Returns and Refunds
Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging intact.

• Shipping Charges or any other charges except for the product price will not be refunded if a return or refund is done.

Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after receiving the returned product.

Non-refundable Items:

• Custom-made jewelry pieces are non-refundable unless defective.
